I AM Yoga & Wellness is owned and operated by Stephen and Amanda Hill in beautiful El Granada, California. This studio is a manifestation of their dream to serve and be great examples for their four young children. I AM offers a variety of Yoga classes, including Mediation, and Medical Qigong.
